NOTICE OF VACANCY

MUNICIPALITY OF BRIDGEWATER

   The following offices will become vacant due to the expiration of the present term or due to the resignation of office of the elective officer:

Mayor                               2-year term
City Council Ward 1       2-year term
City Council Ward 2       2-year term
City Council Ward 3       1-year term
City Council Ward 3       2-year term

Circulation of nominating petitions may begin on January 27, 2023 and petitions may be filed in the office of the finance officer located at 232 N Main Ave., Bridgewater, SD, between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm, Central Time not later than the 24^th day of February, 2023 or mailed by registered mail not later than the 24^th day of February, 2023, at 5 pm Central Time.
